Holidays in the
Montafon

The good life is found in small things. Walking barefoot through morning dew. Hand-picked herbal tea. The spectacle of the Alps. True conversations, a quiet moment.
Pinjola means 'the small, made from spruce.' That’s how we crafted our chalets for you—consistently sustainable and thoughtfully designed."

We are the Burtscher family and are delighted to be your hosts. For three generations, we've cared for our orchard behind the house. Our grandmother worked tirelessly—picking apples, pruning trees, and mowing grass. Dad pressed cider, gardened, and distilled schnapps. We kids climbed trees and sneaked raspberries.
Our orchard is a place of soulful comfort. Some things never change. What’s new is that we now welcome guests. Treasures, after all, are meant to be shared.
We look forward to your inquiry. We are happy to take the time to personally address your concerns and questions.
My garden is a retreat. Observing the cycles of nature provides strength and comfort: the growth and decay of plants, blooming and harvesting. I am happy when our guests can experience this too.
